Presentation of my finished Marmalade Crab Crusted Salmon at the 46th Pillsbury Bakeoff Contest. I’m honored I got to compete and I thank the Bakeoff team for letting me use their photo. I had a blast competing!

 

I am an engineer and scientist by training with a passion for cooking, especially tackling the “why” and “what ifs” when it comes to recipe creation.  I love sharing my kitchen experiments with family and friends, trying new ingredients, and dabbling in competitive cooking.  Experimental Epicurean is about chronicling my cooking adventures and hopefully inspiring some for you!
